Progress
Movement between two snapshots — readable in front of a client.
Audit trail
Pick two snapshots to see what changed.
Demand Review
Every transaction priced and rolled up their own hierarchy — twelve months of actual against twelve months of forecast.
Run Analysis
Tick what you want. They run one at a time in the background, and each lane reports its finding as it lands — open any lane for the same phase detail as before, plus how long each took and which were reused rather than recomputed.
Data Readiness
What the prospect’s data can support today, and what is in the way. Landscape A4, the companion to the Commercial Opportunity.

Commercial Opportunity
The stock position, what it is worth, and what could be released — the S&OE case. The same report the Triage deep-dive builds, full width.
Assortment Optimisation
Every line judged on how hard it sells where it is listed, against how many branches list it — the standard range-review pair. Rate of sale is per stocking branch, so a line in two branches is directly comparable with one in eleven.
Clean files
Remove chosen characters from raw export files — streamed, so a multi-GB file goes through in seconds and your originals are never changed. Handy for stripping text-qualifier quotes before handing a file to another tool.

AI ingest — drop the files, one button
Add a prospect's files — however messy, odd-headered, or unlabelled — and press Run AI overview. The local model works out which Slim4 interface each file is, then maps every file's columns by reading their values. You get one report across all of them: where each file landed, how confident it is, what mapped, and what needs your eye. Nothing is applied — you review and accept in Mapping. No sequential file-by-file work.

Appearance
Switch between light + dark themes. System follows your Mac's appearance setting.
Screens
Hide a screen you don't want in front of a particular client. Nothing is deleted — the nav entry comes straight back when you switch it on.
Commercial Opportunity report
The look and make-up of the Commercial Opportunity report. Applies to the cockpit and the prospect portal.
Shown on the LEFT of every report header and portal page, with the prospect's logo on the right. The prospect's own logo is set per prospect in the Control Tower (the small logo button on each row). Backgrounds are removed automatically; light marks get a navy backing so they stay legible.
Learned checks
Rules you've taught the agent — every flagged-row gesture in Triage saves here. Snooze any that have become noise, revive them later, or promote a per-prospect rule globally so it fires on every prospect. The "Hunt for anomalies" button proactively profiles the data for things the audit didn't flag.
Export — date format
Slim4's native ingest expects YYYYMMDD. Pick a different one only if you need ISO / UK / US display for downstream tooling. Whatever you choose is applied to every Date column in every exported file, overriding the per-interface defaults baked into the template definitions.
Client snapshot date
Used to fill Year / Month / Week columns on every export when those columns aren't manually mapped. Leave empty to use the source file's creation date (default).
LM Studio (agentic phrasing)
When on, the Triage view phrases business questions and rule summaries via your local LM Studio server. Off by default — everything falls back to deterministic templates so the app still works without LM Studio running. On-device only: the model always runs locally — the Server URL must be a localhost address and any other host is snapped back to localhost. Your data never leaves this machine.
Point this at LM Studio running on this Mac — e.g. http://localhost:1234/v1 (change the port if you serve on a different one). The host must be loopback (localhost / 127.0.0.1 / ::1); a remote or cloud URL is refused and reset to localhost so the LLM only ever runs on-device.
Portal (prospect-facing rooms)
When on, the app runs a small web server in the background so prospects can open per-room URLs from their browser and drop data files in directly. Off by default — turn on when you're ready to share links.
Tailscale Funnel (public access)
Tailscale Funnel exposes the portal over HTTPS at your tailnet hostname so prospects can open their room URL from anywhere — no VPN, no port forwarding.
HubSpot deals
Pulls deal metadata (stage, owner, close date, next action) from HubSpot via your Chrome session — no admin token needed. Cached locally; refresh on demand. Visible to consultants only — never exposed to the prospect portal.
Setup help
- Sign into HubSpot at
app.hubspot.comin Chrome. - Paste your portal ID above and click Save.
- Click Refresh from HubSpot — first refresh of ~5k deals takes ~1-2 min.
- Cookies are read from Chrome's local store; nothing leaves your Mac.
Decision patterns
Decisions you've accepted across prospects. Future prospects with the same finding code get a "Used in N of M past prospects" hint on the Triage card. Drop a pattern here when a past decision is poisoning new suggestions.
No patterns recorded yet — they accumulate as you make decisions.
